Our company is a real estate investment firm based in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in the acquisition and rental of small apartments and street level retail properties.

 

By targeting high-demand residential and commercial spaces, we aim to generate stable rental income while benefiting from long-term property value appreciation. At this time, our strategy focuses on prime locations in Warsaw, where urbanization, economic growth, and strong rental market creates lucrative opportunities. Then we will seek other opportunities in other major cities of Poland and in other European countries in the longer term.

The composition of Poland’s housing stock illustrates the potential for market growth and improvement. Approximately 15% of the housing stock comprises pre-war buildings exhibiting varying quality. The majority of Poland’s residential units, about 55%, date back to the socialist era and are predominantly pre-fabricated panel blocks. These properties often require energy efficiency upgrades and modernisation to meet contemporary standards. The remaining 30% of the housing stock was constructed after 1995, representing the newest segment of the market. Notably, the proportion of these modern units is typically higher in major urban centres, where development has been more concentrated in recent decades.

We beleive that due structural long term trends in Poland the demand for apartments and  street level retail shops demand will grow significantly.
